This is a service provided to restaurant start-ups, and existing restaurants that are switching to QuickBooks from another accounting software application. The fee includes:

Following an initial interview process to assess your specific needs our Certified QuickBooks consultant will install the software, and perform a complete company set up including:
- A Customized Chart of Accounts based on your Restaurant’s needs
- Recording all your Beginning Balances prior to the "start-date"
- A complete Item List for recording your critical financial transactions
- Configuring all your Memorized Transactions for recording Daily Sales & Deposits, Payroll, Inventory adjustments, and a variety of repeating bills, checks and journal entries.
- Set Up customized Memorized Reports for viewing your Vendor and Financial status
Finally, the consultant will go through a thorough step-by-step Training Program to show you how to use the software to record all your transactions and view all your reports.
The fee also includes Limited Telephone Support following the training.

Basic QuickBooks On-Site Support
If our telephone or on-line QuickBooks support options do not meet your needs we can always provide the same support on an on-site basis. All of the same services are available at an hourly rate of $120.00 (two hour minimum) in the Greater Boston area. We also support the entire Southern New England Region with on-site QuickBooks support, so contact us for minimum rates in your locale.
