Information The
information that you are required to give us during the checkout process such as
email address, phone number, or credit card information is stored on our secure
servers and is accessed only by members of our company. We may need to retrieve it occasionally as
reference for customer service issues. Our policy is not to share with or sell
your personal information to any other company or organization.
Product Returns
No products delivered by electronic download or mailed on CD ROM (e.g.
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel or Adobe PDF files) are eligible for refund.
Store credit of equal value may be offered on a case by case basis. IPro
software purchases may not be returned for credit if the CD's envelope seal has been broken
indicating that the software has been installed. Hard cover books may be
returned (at buyer's expense) for refund within one week of purchase so long as
product is in "as new" condition. A 15% re-stocking fee will be
assessed. Customer must first contact
Restaurant Resource Group for shipping instructions.
