This is a service provided to restaurant start-ups as well as existing restaurants that may be switching to QuickBooks from another accounting software application, or are simply in need of support and training in maximizing the value of their financial information. The fee also includes:

• Our Restaurant Operations Spreadsheet package and EZChefSoftware program

Following an initial phone interview to assess your specific needs, our Certified QuickBooks consultant will install the software (if not already installed), and perform a complete company set up including:

• A Customized Chart of Accounts based on your Restaurant’s needs
• Recording all your Beginning Balances prior to the "start-date"
• A complete Item List for recording your critical financial transactions
• Configuring all your Memorized Transactions for recording Daily Sales & Deposits, Payroll, Inventory adjustments, and a variety of repeating bills, checks and journal entries.
• Set Up customized Memorized Reports for viewing your Vendor and Financial status

Finally, the consultant will go through a thorough step-by-step Training Program to show you how to use the software to record all your transactions and view & interpret all your vendor and financial reports.
